Dr. Carolina Paganini
Résumé
Carolina Paganini was born in Udine (Italy). In September 2012, she enrolled at the Politecnico di Milano where she obtained the B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering in July 2015 and the M.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering in April 2018. During her master studies she spent one semester at the TU Delft deepening her skills in chemical product design. Then, in April 2017, she joined the research group of Prof. Morbidelli at ETH Zurich to conduct her Master thesis on the functionalization of chromatographic resins with staphylococcal Protein A for high-throughput capture of monoclonal antibodies. After the thesis completion in November 2017, Carolina remained in the Morbidelli group for a five-months internship focused on optimizing the production of macroporous polymers for chromatographic applications.
Since September 2018, Carolina is a PhD student at the Institute of Chemical and Bioengineering of ETH Zurich in Prof. Arosio's group.
