Dr. Lenka Faltová
Résumé
Lenka Faltová (née Rezabkova) was born in the Czech Republic.
She received her M.Sc. in Biochemistry (2008) and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry (2012) from the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. She performed her Ph.D. thesis under the supervision of Prof. Tomas Obsil, employing biophysical and biochemical approaches to understand the details of how the activity and function of 14-3-3 protein complexes are regulated. In 2013 she joined the groups of Prof. Michel Steinmetz and Richard Kammerer at Paul Scherrer Institute (Switzerland) where she used X-ray crystallography in combination with biochemical and biophysical methods to investigate protein interactions implicated in the regulation of the microtubule cytoskeleton.
Lenka Faltová started her second post-doc in the lab of Prof. Paolo Arosio in 2016.
