Dr. Xiaomei Li

Résumé

Xiaomei Li graduated from Tianjin University with a B.Sc. in 2016 and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China with an M.Sc. in 2019. She then moved to Germany and started her Ph.D. study in Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research. Her Ph.D. was founded by the Priority Programme (Schwerpunktprogramm SPP) “SPP2171” and focus on “Dynamic Wetting of Flexible, Adaptive, and Switchable Substrates”. She defensed her Ph.D. with summa cum laude in July 2023. Afterwards, she spent an additional eight months working as a postdoctoral researcher in the same group. In April 2024, Xiaomei joined Prof. Arosio’s group as a postdoctoral researcher to investigate the material properties of non-equilibrium biomolecular condensates with microfluidic systems.
